We at Subh Photo House and Affiliate Whitelabel Apps provide you a fast and easy way to share photos from multiple devices, i.e. Phones as well as Digital Cameras, pertaining to all your life’s important events and memories (weddings, holidays, parties, reunions, corporate events etc.), with people close to you. At the same time we sincerely respect your privacy and hence share your uploaded images only with people who have been specifically granted access to follow the Event by the Admin sharing the unique Event ID for the Event.

Our Privacy policy explains how we and some of the Companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with Subh Photo House services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the Collection and use of your information.

By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to post content, including photos, comments, videos and other materials ("User Content"), to the Service and to share User Content publicly.

Logging in through your Facebook Account

If you choose to register for Subh Photo House “Services” via Facebook, we collect below information to enhance user experience however we do not share your information with any third parties.

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Subh Photo House or our assets to another Organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, user content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred.
